In 2011, the Ministry of Education made improvements to strengthen the RTLB service. For information about how these changes came about read here.
40 Schools have been appointed to lead their local RTLB cluster from the start of 2012. Information about the RTLB service they are expected to provide is outlined in the Resource Teacher Learning and Behaviour Service Toolkit. This is available for download at the end of this page.
Lead school Boards of trustees, principals, and cluster managers will find this to be a useful tool for continuous improvement of RTLB service.
